His leadership has delivered $300M+ in recurring structural savings through strategic operating model and technology transformation, working with multi-billion-dollar portfolios and executive governance for CIOs, CEOs, and regulators. His current work through Deveret Group extends this operating experience into Business Management Architecture and Operating State Management. He is an experienced operator, not an academic or conventional enterprise architect.
